Individual Therapy
We offer individual therapy for ages 6 and up. Our approach involves exploring the whole person and the factors impacting their mental health, regardless of age. For minors, family sessions are integrated into their treatment to ensure comprehensive care.

Psychological Testing
Our psychological testing services provide in-depth evaluations to bring clarity and direction to care. Following an initial intake session, we administer tailored assessments that may include measures for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning challenges, mood disorders, and other concerns. After testing is complete, we provide a comprehensive feedback session with individualized recommendations to guide treatment, school accommodations, and everyday support. This thorough approach ensures you receive accurate answers and a clear path forward.
Private pay and most commercial insurances accepted. Ask about reduced rate options.
Holistic Wellness Services
Our wellness services are designed to support deep rest, emotional regulation, and holistic healing through restorative and mind–body practices. Clients can engage in restorative yoga, somatic practices, guided meditation, and reiki, all offered in safe, trauma-informed environments that encourage nervous system regulation and the release of emotional blockages.
These services are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are provided by ASW Wellness, an independent contractor of Journey to Clarity.

Couples Therapy
Our couples therapy sessions are designed to strengthen relationships by addressing the unique dynamics each partner brings. Following the initial intake session, we conduct one individual session with each member to explore their personal contributions to the relationship. This holistic approach ensures that all aspects of the couple's interaction are considered, promoting deeper understanding and connection.

Children & Adolescent Services
At our sister company, Complete Clarity, we provide specialized care designed just for children and teens. Located in the same office building as Journey to Clarity, our kid-friendly suite is tailored to create a safe and welcoming space for young people. We offer ADHD assessments, individualized tutoring, and therapy services to support both academic and emotional growth. Complete Clarity accepts the same insurance panels, making it simple for families to access comprehensive care for every member of the household.

Family Therapy
Our family therapy sessions focus on improving communication and resolving conflicts within the family unit. We work with all family members to explore dynamics and address issues impacting mental health and relationships. For minors, family sessions are integral to their treatment, ensuring a comprehensive approach that considers the perspectives and contributions of each family member. This wholistic method promotes a healthier and more supportive family environment.
