I’m a graduate student intern with over 18 years of experience in the human services field, including work with families in the child welfare system. I’m passionate about supporting youth as they transition into adulthood and helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds. My heart for service, combined with my experience in both mental and physical health care, fuels my commitment to holistic healing.
I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that incorporates CBT, mindfulness, and emotional support tailored to each client. I believe building a strong, trusting relationship is key to successful therapy. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and often includes humor-because I believe laughter helps us cope and connect. I also offer Christian integration for those who desire faith-based support in their healing journey.
I provide therapy sessions for individuals with Medicaid, as well as reduced-rate and free sessions for those who qualify.
