Hi, I’m Dharele. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. My work is rooted in compassion for people from all walks of life and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I also have a strong passion for helping clients explore identity, express emotions, and build healthy self-esteem. Outside of therapy, I’m a writer, gamer, and someone who enjoys reflecting on how culture, spirituality, and healing intersect.
My therapeutic style is direct but always empathetic—I believe in honest conversations that help you grow while holding space for your full humanity. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused techniques. I offer virtual and in person sessions in a safe, culturally sensitive space where you can feel supported in your healing journey. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build coping tools, and help you reconnect with your sense of self and direction.
