I believe therapy is where we uncover one of our greatest strengths—emotional intelligence. Whether you're healing from a breakup, starting fresh after incarceration, navigating a career shift, or trying to rebuild trust in a relationship, I offer a space where your story matters. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families from a person-centered perspective, honoring your lived experience and helping you move toward the change you want.
My inspiration comes from my grandmother, a high school guidance counselor, whose simple but powerful words—“Keep going”—continue to guide me. That spirit of resilience is something I aim to pass on in every session.
Therapy with me is an active partnership. We’ll get curious about the patterns keeping you stuck and experiment with tools that connect your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—so that growth shows up not just in session, but in your everyday life. Humor has a seat in the room too, because sometimes a shared laugh opens the door to fresh perspective.
I operate from a foundation of radical acceptance: acknowledging where you are without judgment, while still moving forward with intention. Together, we’ll build emotional awareness, strengthen your relationships, and make room for the version of you that’s ready to take the next step. I provide therapy sessions for individuals with Medicaid, as well as reduced-rate and free sessions for those who qualify.
