I’m a therapist passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where clients feel heard and respected. I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents, particularly those who are at risk, underserved, or may otherwise fall through the cracks.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, neurodivergence, and chronic illness. I believe therapy can help build resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful growth at any stage of life.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy arts and crafts, spending time in nature, and music—activities that keep me inspired and grounded.
I largely take an integrative approach, tailoring strategies to meet clients’ unique needs, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and existential perspectives.
When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness, somatic interventions, and trauma processing to support healing and growth while developing practical tools for change. Above all, I strive to create a collaborative, welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen resilience, and deepen self-awareness.
